I found a vehicle on Capital's website and drove an hour and a half to go look at it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Rodney Glass, who wasn't a pushy salesman, but rather a genuine great guy! He took care of us from start to finish and made sure we were completely satisfied with every part of the purchasing process. We love how it fits 3 car seats and still has great storage room in the cargo area - we have two car seats in the 2nd row bucket seats and the third car seat is in the 3rd row middle seat...we leave the single 3rd row seat folded down for added cargo space. My family and I took a trip to this dealership to purchase a truck for my husband. Two kids both under 7 were a tad antsy and full of energy. Not only did they welcome us as a family but they were not the least bit annoyed with my three year old and 6 year old playing in the show room. Very patient! Our sales rep Roger was so family oriented, he was passionate about his job and helped us get out of two cars and into a brand new truck. He cared about our payments and cared very much for the comfort of my children. I don’t know about other moms and dads but to my husband and I that truly means the most to us. Hello Erin and Reuben, Was listed on 'CARFAX' as a "Great Deal." Since the SW has close to 100,000 miles I do not know yet. It is somewhere between a "good deal" and a steal. The service department at Capital Chevrolet even though it is a Mercedes did a super job according to the Mercedes service tech. I am somewhat of a difficult customer as I could not go to Raleigh to test drive or look over the car. Thank you and a job well done. dgs

Roger Mansour and Justin (Sorry, Justin, your last name slipped my mind) today worked with me - we could not work a deal for a 2018, so we found a nearly new 2015 that worked for me. They listened to me, understood my concerns and limitations and made sure we came out with a vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted.
