Not only did Troy patiently listen to my frustrations, but he spent the entire week advocating for me with GM to resolve several complex issues. He truly went above and beyond to make it happen. This was my first time visiting Capital Chevrolet. All I can say is that I was amazed at how the whole process of getting a vehicle from them was. As soon as I parked and got out of my vehicle, Mathew Clark assisted me and got to work on finding the right vehicle that fit my needs. Very Happy with the whole process!

I can confidently say that their service is by far the best I've experienced in years, over several different states (WA, PA, NC). Before visiting Capital Chevrolet, I went to "Leith" and also "Hannah Imports", and there is no possible comparison. Capital is superior on every level of customer service: great enthusiasm, manners, and attention from every single person I interacted with. They make you feel like you matter. The other dealers dont put any real attention to you at the beginning: you almost feel like you're doing something wrong just by walking around the lot checking their cars and no one even dares to ask for your name. They just stand there and "keep watch" or walk behind you. Any questions you make are barely answered with 1 or 2 syllable words. If you want to feel like your business is valued, go to Capital. Any cars I buy in the future will surely be with them.
