I originally took my car to a chain to have them fix an issue. While they tried, the issue kept recurring. After they acknowledged they did not know what was causing the issue, I took my car to the service center at Capital Chevrolet. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Rather than just turn my car back over to me, they took the time to continue testing to make sure the issue would not re-occur. Now instead of having to buy another car, my car is working great again.
I found a vehicle on Capital's website and drove an hour and a half to go look at it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Rodney Glass, who wasn't a pushy salesman, but rather a genuine great guy! He took care of us from start to finish and made sure we were completely satisfied with every part of the purchasing process. I purchased the vehicle I've been wanting for a long time and I plan to purchase my next one from Capital.
